3. Account Registration and Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one account with taya375. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. If taya375 discovers that a member holds more than one account, we reserve the right to close all related accounts without prior notice and to void any bets or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering with taya375, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya375 username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Taya375 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
Taya375 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point. This is a standard requirement for licensed gaming operators and may be triggered before processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or as part of routine compliance checks. 4.2 Minimum Deposit and Bet
The minimum deposit amount on taya375 is ₱50. The minimum single bet amount is ₱50. Maximum limits vary by product and market — these are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day. Taya375 charges no platform fees on withdrawals — any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside our control.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only accepted and valid on taya375 once you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. Taya375 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our absolute discretion without providing a reason.
5.2 Errors and Manifest Odds Errors
Taya375 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds displayed on the platform. However, if an error in odds is clear and obvious — known as a "manifest error" — we reserve the right to void and refund any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled. A manifest error is one where the displayed odds are significantly different from what was intended, typically due to a technical or human error.
5.3 In-Play Betting
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and data feed reliability. In the event of a data feed interruption or significant delay during a live event, taya375 may suspend live markets temporarily. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured unless the match outcome is no longer uncertain at the time the bet was placed.
5.4 Void Bets and Cancellations
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours; the event is recorded as a no-contest or no-result; a manifest odds error is identified; or the event takes place under materially different conditions from those applicable at the time the bet was placed (such as a different venue or significant format change). The determination of whether a bet is void is at the sole discretion of taya375.
5.5 Result Settlement
Taya375 settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or event. For Philippine basketball, the PBA Commission's official result is used. For UFC and ONE Championship events, the official result declared by the promotion at the end of the event is applied. Settlement is processed as quickly as possible after the official result is confirmed.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Taya375 offers promotions and bonuses to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General principles that apply to all taya375 bonuses include:
- One bonus per member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per member, per household, and per payment method.
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on taya375 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on taya375 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false identity information or using a stolen identity during registration or KYC
- Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
- Participating in match-fixing, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the taya375 platform
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
- Sharing or selling your account access to other parties
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing taya375 staff or other members
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the taya375 platform
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by Taya375
Taya375 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, if we are required to do so by law or regulation, or if we determine that continuing to operate the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of our members.
8.2 Forfeiture of Funds
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multiple account creation, or match-fixing — any balance held in the account at the time of closure, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited at taya375's discretion. You will be notified of the reason for closure where legally permissible.
8.3 Closure by the Member
You may request the closure of your taya375 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
8.4 Self-Exclusion Requests

- Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control (including internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions)
- Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials
- Decisions made by third-party payment providers that delay or prevent transaction processing
Nothing in these Terms limits taya375's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
